#1 SOURCE FOR PET WASTE REMOVAL

Q: Am I required to sign a contract for service?

A: Our Pet Waste Removal service is offered on a month-to-month basis with no contract required. You can choose to cancel your service at any time, with no penalties or fees.

Q: What do you do with the waste?

A: After we scoop, the waste is bagged and transported to our shop for proper disposal.

Q: What happens if we have to skip a week due to weather?

A: We will come back the following week on your regularly scheduled day, and you will not be charged extra.

Q: How do I pay and when is payment required?

A: We bill our customers around the first of each month for the previous months scoops.

Q: What happens if there is inclement weather?

A: We will always try to work through inclement weather, as long as it is safe to do so. Flooded yards, high winds, extreme low temperatures, any storm where lightening is present, and snow accumulations are all grounds for cancellation of service.

Q: Will I be able to choose my scoop day?

A: We understand that pet owners want to choose the day of the week for their pet waste removal service. Unfortunately, due to the way we organize our services, we cannot accommodate individual requests for scoop day. Instead, we base our scoop day on the area in which you live. This allows us to provide efficient service to our customers and give them the best possible experience. If you have any questions about our scoop day schedule, please contact us and we would be happy to answer any questions you may have.

Q: Do I have to be home on my service day?

A: No. As long as your yard is accessible to our technician and your pet are inside, no one is required to be home.

Q: My dog is friendly. Why does he have to stay inside?

A: As a professional service provider, we take the safety of our technicians very seriously. While we adore dogs and understand the important role they play in your life, we must also consider their protective nature. Even the most friendly and well-behaved dogs can become territorial and protective of their yards when strangers are present. To ensure the safety of our team members, we kindly ask that all dogs be kept inside while we are servicing your yard. However, if we have previously met your dog and feel confident in their behavior, we would be delighted to have them join us during our visit.
